I do have items stocked on other sites and in shops & galleries where other forms of payment maybe accepted for links to these please see my website or contact me.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.
Shipping
Most of my pieces are in stock and can ship immediately, however some pieces are made to order and these will take longer to ship
the customer will be notified of the shipping time at purchase.
All jewellery is sent in beautiful packaging to keep the pieces safe and treasured forever. I can add personal messages to the packaging upon request.
UK
Shipping to the uk is my standard delivery between of £4.00 and all UK items are sent recorded/signed for though royal mail. Tracking can be provided.
Pieces available immediately typically ship between 3-5 days pieces made to order typical take 7-10 days.
USA & WORLDWIDE
Items to the USA & other destinations are sent via royal mail airmail and insured to the full value (max insurance) of the item and a tracking code can be provided if necessary. This delivery will take longer to arrive typically 5-10 days longer than the UK delivery time once it has been posted.
Buyers may have to pay a customs fees
Refunds and exchanges
In compliance with the distance selling regulations you, the buyer, has the right to a refund or exchange up to 7 days after the receipt of the item if the piece is returned to me in the exact condition it was sent in. Do not send anything back without contacting Ami Blastock jewellery first. If you have any problems please let me know as I would rather resolve any issues without have to get to the exchange or refund and return stage. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
